FAQs

When does planning start?

Planning can begin as soon as you’re ready! Once you’ve signed your contract and submitted a retainer, we’re prepared to jump into action. Your assigned planner will be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

What happens if my planner gets sick or has an emergency on the day of my event?

In the rare event that your planner is unable to attend your event due to illness or an emergency, rest assured that we have a backup plan in place. A replacement coordinator will step in seamlessly to ensure that your event runs smoothly, with no additional cost to you.

Will you be there on my wedding day?

Absolutely! Our packages all include on-site time with your coordination team. The amount of time may vary depending on the specifics of your event, but you can trust that your coordinator will be there to facilitate your ceremony rehearsal and oversee every aspect of your special day.

Will I still have control over my wedding if I hire your team?

Without a doubt! Our goal is to bring your vision to life while providing assistance in the most helpful ways possible. While we do require that vendors we work with are licensed and insured, you will always have the final say in every aspect of your event, ensuring that it reflects your unique style and preferences.

Can I use my own vendors?

While we’re happy to provide vendor recommendations, you’re never obligated to use specific vendors from our list. However, the vendors we recommend are tried and true, with whom we’ve had positive experiences. If you choose to use vendors outside of our recommendations, we only require that they are licensed, insured, and that a full-service caterer is booked.

Do I still need a planner if my venue has a coordinator?

Absolutely! While having a venue coordinator can be helpful, it’s no substitute for a professional planner. A planner will focus solely on your needs and preferences, ensuring that every detail of your event is executed flawlessly. From vendor management to timeline creation, having a dedicated planner ensures peace of mind on your special day.
