Maggie is the Owner and Lead Coordinator of Weekend Wedding Warrior, LLC and Event Warriors. She was raised in Western New York State and has lived in London, Chicago, Louisiana, and now Kentucky! Maggie has a unique background. She was awarded a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University’s prestigious Family Institute in Evanston, IL in 2006 and is currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Kentucky. No, she won’t give you therapy at your event, but she does bring a unique crisis-management perspective and calming energy.

Maggie is an active member of the Junior League of Louisville, Association of Bridal Consultants, and the Kentucky Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, along with holding the Event Planning Chair for the Kentucky Chapter of Wish Upon a Wedding. She was married in 2008 to her husband who is an active-duty Captain in the U.S. Army. You can see them out walking their Pug, Seamus, and Boston Terrier, Quinn, in the Original Highlands neighborhood of Louisville, where they live. Maggie loves trying all the new restaurants in town and tries to never miss her bi-weekly Yoga class.

Alicia is an experienced event planner and coordinator who has worked for many years in both corporate and personal events. She has planned and completed over 500 successful events in her career with attendance ranging from 10-10,000 attendees. Her passion for event coordination stems from a desire to make every event, whether it is a wedding or corporate event, as perfect as it can be for each and every guest. She was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky for her Bachelor’s degree. She married her husband Nick in 2008 and they currently live in Oldham County with

                                                          their two dogs, Lilly and Daisy.

Sydney is a well seasoned vet when it comes to the event and wedding industry. Managing some of the city's most reputable venues including Glassworks (2005-2011) and The Henry Clay (2008-2009), she has gained valuable experience and established countless relationships with local vendors and service providers alike. Sydney sits on the event board for LIBA (Louisville Independent Business Alliance), is an active member of MPI (Meeting Planners International), and Director of Sales and Marketing for The Louisville Palace.
